Preparation of PCB

The surface mount assembly employs a solder paste machine to deposit solder paste prior to addition of components. The solder paste is a blend of solder particles with a specific flux.

The electrical connections occur when the solder paste heats amid the reflow cycle. To ensure that the solder paste is printed in the correct spots on every PCB, the surface mount assembly providers frequently utilize a template and squeegees.

Component Placement

The assembler cautiously puts the parts on the circuit board following applying and inspecting the solder paste. Usually, our team puts these parts in trays, reels, or pipes such that a device can scoop them up and set them on the adaptable PCB using a vacuum. If the client needs, we use a gripper nozzle too.

Reflow soldering
